Do you install interior decorations?
We focus exclusively on outdoor Christmas lighting. No interior installs, but that also means we're really, really good at what we do outside.
Who owns the lights?
Icy Lights owns all the lights and materials. You're not buying anything or storing anything. We bring it, we install it, we take it back.
Why don't you install previously owned lights?
It comes down to quality control. When we install our own professional-grade lights, we can stand behind every bulb. Installing lights we didn't source means we can't guarantee the results, and that's not how we like to operate.
When do you take down the lights?
Takedowns begin January 2nd and wrap up by January 31st, weather permitting. We schedule by zip code and will reach out ahead of time with an estimated date. If you have a specific date in mind, just let us know and we'll do our best to work around it.
Do I need to be home?
Nope. Most customers aren't. We'll take care of everything while you're at work, running errands, or just enjoying your day. If you're not home at install time, we can email your invoice directly so payment is simple.
How does payment work?
Payment is due in full when installation is complete. For larger installs, we may ask for payment upfront. We accept cash, check, or credit card.
